Women's Ministry

Finding Time for Jesus

At LCGS, we believe that every woman is a beloved daughter of God, a sister to others, and a friend to all. As the Women’s Ministry, our aim is to create a community where women can connect, support, and grow together in their faith.

Our ministry is rooted in the belief that God’s power can transform lives. We strive to help women deepen their relationship with Him and experience the life-changing impact of His love. Through the great commission, we also seek to share God’s love with others and make a positive difference in our community and beyond.

We offer a variety of opportunities for women to connect and grow in their faith. Our monthly breakfast gatherings, Bible studies, special events, and retreats provide a safe and welcoming space for women to share their challenges and experiences while keeping Jesus at the center of their lives.

Our Small Groups combine the need for social connection with the call to discipleship. We believe that personal growth and accountability are natural results of a small group setting, and we encourage women of all ages and stages of life to join one of our weekly small groups.

We would love to have you join us and become a part of our community of faith-filled women. If you have any questions or would like to get involved with our Women’s Ministry, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Ministries

Saturdays | 7:30am

The Bible Bunch

The Bible Bunch is a vibrant group of women who share a common love for Christ and a passion for studying His Word. Our group is centered around three key pillars: study, service, and support.

We begin our meetings with BYOB (Bring Your Own Breakfast), a time for sharing and fellowship that starts at 7:30 a.m. From 8:30 to 9:30, we continue with a time of prayer, study, and discussion. Our topics are either based on specific Bible books or focused on relevant and timely themes.

In addition to our regular meetings, we are committed to reaching out in mission and supporting each other in joy and prayer. We are proud to sponsor Hope4Kids and partner with our local women’s shelter to make a positive difference in our community.

At The Bible Bunch, we are thankful for the opportunities our group provides to love, grow, and serve. If you’re interested in learning more about our group or would like to join us for a meeting, we invite you to reach out to Camille Bunch.

We look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you into our community of faith-filled women!

Women's Café

Welcome to Women’s Café, a place where women can come together to connect, relax, and support one another in the midst of busy and demanding lives. Our group is founded on three pillars: spiritual growth, fellowship, and service.

We gather every Wednesday in the cozy Fireside Room to pray, share our joys and challenges, and dive into the Scriptures for wisdom and guidance. Whether you’re seeking encouragement or simply a safe and welcoming space to unwind, Women’s Café is here for you.

We believe that true growth and transformation happen in community, and our group is committed to fostering a safe and inclusive environment where every woman feels seen, heard, and loved. Our meetings are filled with laughter, conversation, and friendship, and we look forward to welcoming you into our community of women.

All are welcome at Women’s Café, regardless of age, background, or denominational tradition. If you’re interested in joining our group or simply want to learn more, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Janet.

We hope to see you soon at Women’s Café, where you can find rest, connection, and spiritual growth!

Feed My Sheep

Welcome to Feed My Lamb, a group of senior women who gather together to study God’s Word, pray, and fellowship with one another. We believe that our hope in Jesus Christ sustains us through life’s challenges, and we seek to encourage one another to live with true hope in this troubled world.

We meet every Saturday at 10:00 am in the Center for Discipleship for a time of study, prayer, and fellowship. Our meetings are filled with rich conversations, meaningful prayer, and deep dives into the Scriptures. Whether you’re a seasoned Bible scholar or new to the faith, we welcome you to join us for a time of learning and growth.

At Feed My Lamb, we believe that community is essential to our spiritual growth and well-being. Our group provides a safe and supportive environment where senior women can connect, share their stories, and find encouragement for their journey of faith.

If you’re interested in joining our group or would like more information, please reach out to Bridget Gendron. We would love to have you join us at Feed My Lamb as we seek to deepen our faith and grow in love for God and one another.
